Communications: emails you send us, newsletter or moon-note preferences, and messages we send about bookings or your account.

Technical data: basic session cookies needed to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) used for security and reliability.

To provide chart tools, your client portal, bookings, moon circles, purchases, and reading reports.

To communicate about your account, appointments, circle registrations, and service updates.

To send optional marketing or moon notes when you opt in — you can unsubscribe at any time.

To improve the site, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We use service providers that help us operate the site, such as email delivery (for example Resend), hosting, database, and — when online payments are enabled — payment processing (for example Stripe). They process data only to provide their services to us.

Birth data sensitivity

Birth details and chart results are treated as personal information. We use them to calculate and display your chart, personalize portal features (such as sky notes), and prepare for readings you book. Please only share information you are comfortable storing in your client profile.

Cookies and sessions

We use essential cookies and session storage so you can sign in and stay signed in. We do not use advertising trackers on the site today. If that changes, we will update this Policy.

Retention

We keep account, booking, and chart records while your account is active and as needed for the practice, legal, or accounting purposes. You may ask us to delete or correct information by emailing [email protected]; we will respond as required by applicable law, subject to records we must retain.

Your choices

You can update profile details in your account, opt out of marketing emails, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us.

If you are in a region with additional privacy rights (for example certain US state laws or the GDPR), contact us and we will honor applicable requests.

Children

The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can delete it.
