Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account was used without permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the site, harass others, attempt to disrupt the service, or violate these Terms.

Readings, bookings, and circles

Booking a reading or registering for a moon circle creates a request that we confirm when a time is available. Session details (including join links) may be shared in your portal after confirmation.

Please arrive on time for scheduled sessions. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable.

If you miss a confirmed session without notice, it may be marked as didn’t attend and payment may still apply.

Payments

Some offerings are free; others require payment. When online checkout is available, payments are processed by our payment provider. We may also collect payment offline (for example Venmo, cash, or invoice) and mark your booking as paid in the portal.

Prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply where required.

Astrology and wellness disclaimer

Astrology, chart tools, moon content, circles, and readings are offered for reflection, education, and personal growth. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for licensed care.

You remain responsible for your own decisions. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please contact appropriate emergency or professional services.

Content and intellectual property

Site content, branding, written materials, and tools are owned by Wild Moon Magik or our licensors. You may use your personal library entitlements and reports for your own private use. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our materials without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Moon Magik and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes may also be noted in the portal or by email when practical.
